Greg Hoobler is the founder of Seagull Vantage LLC, an advisory practice focused on vendor performance management, intelligence program development, and creating business outcome alignment for corporate security and intelligence teams. His career spans over twenty years across government, corporate, and consulting environments. Greg began at the US Department of State – Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC), where he spent nearly seven years coordinating threat intelligence and crisis support between US government agencies and private sector organizations overseas. He subsequently held corporate security and intelligence leadership roles at two of the world’s largest technology and defense companies before moving to the consulting side, where he built and scaled an embedded intelligence consulting practice and led global client relationships across multiple industries before launching Seagull Vantage.
Greg is a frequent speaker at events spanning government and private sector audiences, from intelligence analysts to senior security and business executives. He serves on the advisory board of the Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business at San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business and is a strategic advisor in professional motorsports. He resides in Arlington, Virginia, with his wife and their three cats.
