The Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business offers graduate assistantship opportunities that provide students with hands-on experience supporting international business initiatives, research, program development, and global engagement activities. Graduate assistants work closely with faculty, staff, and external partners while developing professional skills in project management, communications, event planning, and international business.

Faculty Grant Program
The Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business supports SDSU faculty whose work advances international business education, research, and global engagement. Depending on available resources, the Center may provide modest funding or partner support for projects that align with our mission and strategic priorities.
Examples of activities that may be considered include:
- International curriculum development
- Visiting speakers or workshops
- International research collaborations
- Student global engagement initiatives
- Conference or program support with a clear international business focus

The IE Scholars Global Community is built around three core areas of engagement:

Today, the IE Scholars Global Community includes more than 750 members across nearly 70 countries. Most members are affiliated with universities and research institutions as faculty members, researchers, doctoral students, or graduate students, creating a vibrant international network dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship research and education.
