Each semester students are afforded the ability to receive mentorship from seasoned real estate professionals who volunteer to work with the students throughout the semester and offer their expertise and wisdom well beyond. The program has been very well received and has enjoyed a low student to mentor ration, affording the mentees more quality time and accessibility.

The center supports an active and historically very successful internship program, facilitating the placement of upper-class students into internship positions with real estate operators, property management companies, brokerages, developers, and agencies.

Social Events
The center promotes the SDSU real estate community by scheduling and hosting a variety of social hours and happy hours for students and alumni. The center encourages interaction between the San Diego real estate community, students, and alumni as part of a community building effort to raise awareness for the program, students, and local industry.

Speakers
The center encourages and oversees speaking engagements in the classroom or club setting where alums in the industry share their experience and wisdom with students throughout the year.
