Bio

Zeyu Ou joined the Fowler College of Business in Fall 2025 as an assistant professor in the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy. She earned her Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Miami, an M.A. in economics from Duke University, and her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tsinghua University.  She will be teaching Intermediate Accounting (ACCTG 331) this fall.

Ou’s research interests include financial accounting, regulation, private equity, and corporate governance.
