Kristie Neff

Bio

Kristie Neff came to the Fowler College of Business as an assistant professor of marketing in 2026. She earned her Ph.D. in management from the University of Arkansas in 2023 and was previously a faculty member at Iowa State University.  

While at ISU, she received the Ascendant Research Professor Award and the Ascendant Scholar Award from the Southern Management Association.

Neff’s research and teaching interests include how organizations address pressing societal issues, focusing specifically on the experiences of vulnerable workers.
