Bio
Dennis Ahn is an Assistant Professor at the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy. Prior to joining the Fowler College of Business, Ahn obtained his Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Accounting at University of California, Irvine. Ahn holds a CPA license in California and has several years of experience as an accounting practitioner, including as an associate at BlackRock and as an auditor at Grant Thornton in Los Angeles.
Ahn’s research focuses on financial accounting and reporting, accounting for mergers and acquisitions, audit quality, and human capital. Ahn currently teaches Managerial Accounting Fundamentals (ACCTG 202).
