Bio
W. Maxson Foss is a finance lecturer in the Fowler College of Business at San Diego State University. He currently teaches Real Estate Investment Analysis (FIN 435) to undergraduates.
Foss currently is the CEO of Foss Realty Advisors in Vista California and his area of expertise is real estate appraisals, market studies and investment counseling. He earned his MBA from the University of California, Irvine and his doctorate of business administration from Argosy University.
