Bio
Crystal Miller is a management lecturer at SDSU’s Fowler College of Business. She is an organizational development and inclusive leadership expert and she currently teaches two sections of Management and Organizational Behavior (BA 350).
Miller’s work has been featured in Forbes and Yahoo Finance, and she received the 2022 award for best DEI program by LA Business Journal. She has worked as an executive, chief learning officer and strategist for SAAS-based organizations. Miller also serves as an executive coach for the Center for Creative Leadership and American Association of State Colleges and Universities. Previously, she served the nation’s largest and most diverse higher education system as the director of leadership development for the California State University’s 23 campuses.
Miller holds a Ph.D. in leadership studies from the University of San Diego and is a certified dialogue facilitator, ICF coach, and groups relations consultant.
