Leave a Lasting Legacy of Support for Business Education at SDSU
The generosity and collective foresight of alumni, faculty, staff, and friends who have included SDSU in their estate plans helps ensure that the university and the Fowler College of Business remains at the forefront of business education. Students for generations to come, will benefit from the generosity of legacy gifts established by generous supporters.
There are a variety of ways to establish a legacy gift in your estate plans, including:
- Make a bequest in your will or living trust.
- Name SDSU as a beneficiary in your employee retirement plan, IRA, tax-sheltered annuity, life insurance policy or donor advised fund.
- The IRA charitable rollover (also called the Qualified Charitable Distribution, or QCD) is a great way to make a tax-free gift to SDSU.
If you have already included SDSU in your estate plans, please let us know. We would be delighted to welcome you as a member of the Heritage Society. For more information about gift planning, contact Sheona Som, Executive Director of Development at [email protected] or (619) 594-0551.
