A Visit From San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance CEO, Paul Baribault

Prior to his current role, Paul spent over 22 years at The Walt Disney Studios. His previous roles included Vice President of Marketing for Disney & Pixar Animation Studios and then Vice President & General Manager at Disneynature. Through his impressive career, Paul has been a trailblazer for his game-changing approach that prioritizes conservation globally, investing in people, and building a positive team culture.

A few core principles included, “Set a vision, lead with it, build a culture around it,” “Lead with emotional intelligence,” and “Celebrate team victories above all others”. These principles, amongst the theme of all 10 that Paul shared, showcases the value in believing in your team and their contributions to the organization. It was an honor to have Paul visit SMBA. He is a true example of an authentic, successful leader and inspiration.
