USWNT vs. Colombia

On October 29th, the majority of our students volunteered at the US Women’s National Soccer Team game v. Colombia at Snapdragon Stadium. They worked across a range of roles including media assistants, stretcher crew, community outreach and fan engagement. They were able to work closely with US Soccer full-time staff who showed them what their game day duties consist of, and shared what the process leading up to the game requires. Our students were right in the action, with many being visible on the field while undertaking their duties. Being so close to the action is a very unique experience for some, but it is a regular occurrence for SMBA students!
