Joining us in person from Chișinău Moldova, Eugeniu Procopi took a break from his work with the HSBC World Rugby Sevens tour stops in Los Angeles and Vancouver to share his journey in the sports world with SDSU Sports MBA students.

Procopi shared his numerous experiences with the class, which include extensive work with both Rugby Moldova and European sportstech startups. His expertise includes partnership management, anti-doping control management, referee development and events, podcast production as well as long-term strategy, business development and operations management consultancy for numerous sports and non-sports organizations.

The class enjoyed this fantastic chance to ask Eugeniu about his broad global experiences as an MBA graduate himself, and the students were extremely lucky to be able to benefit from his openness and willingness to help. We wish Eugeniu luck on the rest of the World Rugby Sevens tour, and look forward to seeing him back in San Diego or elsewhere around the world!
