A Lesson in Entrepreneurship
As part of the formal professional development class with Professor Mark Lindner, Christine Tempesta was invited to join a class session to discuss workplace culture, entrepreneurship and operations.
With over 35 years of experience, the four main values of safety, flexibility, courtesy and fun shined through in Chris’ energy and engagement with the class as we learned about the beginnings of starting a business, the importance of high standards and the scalability of a quality product, as well as empowerment of other managers and staff within the business to ensure a positive company culture and excellent delivery of services.
Thanks so much, Christine, for coming by and sharing your expertise with us.
