2023 Farmers Insurance Open: SMBA ‘23 at Torrey Pines

The Sports MBA students donned their "Aztec red" for this year's Farmers Insurance Open, assisting as entrance ambassadors, social media caddies, and Michelob Ultra Zone hospitality liaisons. It was a fantastic opportunity for the students to obtain a behind-the-scenes experience of how a PGA Tour event is run, in one of the most beautiful parts of the world that happens to be our backyard. 

Gabrielle Fan-Yang (SMBA ‘23) worked with the Century Club in the lead up to the event, and was thrilled with the experience and outcome. "It was amazing for me to gain hands-on experience promoting the Farmers Insurance Open and building connections in San Diego. I truly admire the Century Club members and staff. Their hard work, professionalism and passion for the tournament truly shines through."
