Tom Donnelly

Bio

Thomas Donnelly is currently an adjunct professor in the Fowler School of Business at San Diego State University. He is also a business consultant focused on the aerospace and defense sector and he previously served in the role as vice president of programs at UTC Aerospace Systems (Jan 2009 - Sep 2019). His responsibilities included business development, customer relationship management, contract management, design, aftermarket strategy/support and manufacturing. In addition, Donnelly provided organization wide direction on capital and R&D investments, acquisitions, JV''s and supply chain selection and partnering decisions to support the new programs. He also led three manufacturing sites in Europe during that assignment driving quarter over quarter improvements and greater than 98% on time deliveries.
