Bio
Jim Stevens’ teaching interests include real estate, corporate finance and financial markets. His research focuses on gentrification, neighborhood change, corporate finance and real estate investment trusts.
Stevens earned his B.S. degree from the University of Virginia and his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.
