Anna Rose Lopez serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kendal Floral Supply / Florexpo, a premier grower, supplier, and distributor of fresh-cut flowers in the United States. As CEO, Anna leads a high-performing team focused on product innovation, market expansion, and redefining corporate and social responsibility both within the organization and across the broader floral industry.

Anna's leadership is marked by strategic vision, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She has embedded DEI as a core organizational value—championing an inclusive culture that empowers voices at all levels and reflects the diverse communities the company serves. Alongside this, Anna and her team drive growth through ambitious performance targets, the development of strategic partnerships, and the cultivation of a sustainable, values-driven business environment. Her commitment to strong community relations and ethical business practices has become a hallmark of Kendal Floral / Florexpo's identity.

Anna began her career at Kendal Floral / Florexpo in the sales department and has since held key leadership roles, including Sales Manager and General Manager, before her appointment as CEO. Over her more than 20-year tenure, she has guided the company through significant growth, building the structure and assembling the talent needed to navigate periods of transformation and change. Under her leadership, the company has achieved substantial and sustained sales expansion.

As CEO, Anna remains focused on driving revenue, enhancing internal communications, strengthening customer partnerships, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all operational levels. Her leadership style emphasizes empowerment, collaboration, and accountability—bringing out the best in those around her.

In addition to her executive role, Anna serves as Chairman of the Board for the Wendy Gillespie Center for Advancing Global Business at San Diego State University, supporting its mission to elevate international business education and leadership. She is also a Board Member for the Encinitas Educational Foundation, contributing to the advancement of local school programs, and a Capri Elementary School Site Council Member, where she helps guide strategic priorities and student-focused initiatives at the campus level.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master’s degree in International Business from San Diego State University. A San Diego native, she currently resides in Leucadia, California with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, global travel, and spending quality time with family and friends.
