Yan Luo

Bio

Yan Luo is a professor and the Goddard Faculty Fellow at the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy. Luo is a passionate researcher in the areas of auditing, corporate disclosure, corporate governance, and data analytics. Her research has been published in Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of Accounting Literature, Journal of Information Systems, Advances in Accounting, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, Managerial Auditing Journal, Research in Accounting Regulation, Accounting Perspective, International Journal of Disclosure and Governance, Asian Review of Accounting, and Review of Accounting and Finance. Since joining SDSU in 2014, she has taught courses in auditing and financial accounting at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
