Suzanne Zoumaras

Bio

SDSU graduate, Suzanne Zoumaras, is a lecturer in the management department of the Fowler College of Business.  She is a highly experienced human capital executive specializing in organizational talent and compensation/ total rewards. Drawing from her 20+ years of experience with companies ranging from early-stage, entrepreneurial enterprises to large, public multi-nationals across multiple industries, including biotech, medical device, software, data science, consulting, and semiconductor, Suzanne is a respected business partner and trusted advisor. 

Suzanne currently serves as the executive vice president and chief human capital officer at Arena Pharmaceuticals and on the board of directors at Quartus Engineering.
