Stephen Romano

Bio

Steve Romano is a lecturer teaching two sections of Ethical Decision Making in Business (BA 300) in the Fowler College of Business at SDSU. He has a bachelor's and master's degree from California State University, Sacramento and Cal State Long Beach, and a Ph.D. from Antioch University in leadership studies and change management. Romano has over 20 years of industry experience with three Fortune 500 life science companies as well as in the NGO/social sector.

Romano is currently the managing director of Olistica - Center for Sustainable Leadership. He is also a professional certified coach working at the Center for Creative Leadership and as a senior consultant and executive coach at the Centre for Organization Effectiveness.
