Nancy Arenas

Bio

Nancy Arenas is a lecturer in San Diego State University's Fowler College of Business. Her career spans 22 years in in the field of human resources.

Arenas has excelled in various leadership roles, including owning a business with 30 employees and 200 contractors nationwide. She is passionate about servant leadership and mentorship and has guided numerous young professionals and students.

Arenas' consulting experience spans nearly every sector, having worked with Willis Towers Watson and Arthur J. Gallagher. As an area vice president at Gallagher, she focuses on HR and compensation consulting. She holds a master's degree in human resources from Penn State and a bachelor's in business management from Brigham Young University. Additionally, she's served on the board of directors for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) San Diego, further showcasing her commitment to the HR field.
