Bio

Mark Nicholson is a management lecturer for the Fowler College of Business and he currently teaches BA 350, MGT 461 and MGT 475. He has a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from Alliant International University, earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha, and a master’s degree in education from University of Northern Colorado.

Nicholson's work specializes in organizational change, leadership development, diversity and cross-cultural team building and executive coaching. Key areas of research are organizational commitment, survey development and statistical analysis. He has been involved in the design and implementation of large-scale change in companies as well as public and private schools. The methods he employs lead to measurable improvement in productivity and team effectiveness. He has a proprietary leadership transition process that increases the productivity of incoming executives.
