Matthew Lab

Bio

Matthew Lab serves as an adjunct instructor of both real estate and business law at the Fowler College of Business. He also directs the California Western School of Law - Access to Law Initiative, which is an incubator training program for new attorneys that also  provides access to  legal services to underserved segments of the San Diego community . 

Between 2002 and 2011 Matthew practiced law full-time in both law firm and in-house corporate settings in the areas of business, real estate litigation and transactions and he continues to serve as retained outside counsel for select local companies. He earned his B.A. in history at San Diego State University and a J.D. at UC Hastings and holds a California real estate broker’s license.
