Bio
Dr. Lin Wang joins the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy as an assistant professor after earning her Ph.D. in accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 2022. Prior to entering academia, she was a tax manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers with experience in the areas of both audit and corporate tax. Dr. Wang earned her BCom (Honours) in Accounting from McMaster University. She is a Canadian chartered accountant.
Dr. Wang’s research interests include auditing, corporate governance, tax avoidance, and cybersecurity. Her teaching interests are in taxation, financial reporting, and auditing.
