Bio
A 2023 Ph.D. graduate of the Leeds School of Business at University of Colorado Boulder, Jessi Rivin began her academic career at SDSU in 2023 as a teacher and researcher in the field of organizational behavior.
Rivin has published research surrounding organizational leadership, the effects of humor at work, mental health at work, and diversity and inclusion in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Harvard Business Review (online only).
She currently teaches two sections of Leadership in Organizations (MGT 475).
