Fowler College of Busness
Albert Zevelev is an assistant professor of finance at SDSU’s Fowler College of Business. He joined SDSU in the fall of 2023 after serving on the faculty of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
Zevelev earned his Ph.D. in applied economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His areas of research include real estate finance, asset pricing and housing. His work has been presented at the FMA annual meeting and ReCapNet. He has also been published in the Journal of Banking and Finance and the Journal of Housing Economics.
He currently teaches Real Estate Principles (FIN 331) and two sections of Real Estate Finance (FIN 431) to undergraduates.
