Bio
Albert Zevelev is an assistant professor of finance at SDSU’s Fowler College of Business. He joined SDSU in the fall of 2023 after serving on the faculty of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
Zevelev earned his Ph.D. in applied economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. His areas of research include real estate finance, asset pricing and housing. His work has been presented at the AREUEA, ASSA, and The Econometric Society's annual meetings. He has also been published in The Review of Financial Studies, The Journal of Financial Services Research, and The Journal of Real Estate Research.
He currently teaches Real Estate Principles (FIN 331) and Real Estate Finance (FIN 431) to undergraduates.
