Beth G. Chung joined SDSU’s College of Business Administration in 2000 and has taught organizational behavior, leadership and group process, human resources management, diversity management, and industrial/organizational psychology. She is currently the director for the Institute on Inclusiveness and Diversity in Organization (IIDO) which is engaged in innovative research on diversity and inclusion issues.
Chung’s current research interests include topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership competencies, and services management (especially the interface between customers and employees). Her research has been published in the Journal of Management, Personal Psychology and Group and Organization Management, among many others.
She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
