Executive MBA Program

Lifelong Learning

At SDSU's Executive MBA program, we believe one of the keys to success is lifelong learning. With all of the rapid changes in the workplace these days, it is essential to remain updated on current business trends throughout the year.

We are now encouraging EMBA graduates to return to our academic setting to audit courses. You will have a chance to revisit courses you’ve already taken or sit through new courses. Our curriculum may have changed since you graduated and you will have the opportunity to audit classes you didn’t have before.

Guidelines for alumni auditing courses:

  • The class dates, times and course syllabus will be provided to you.
  • You can purchase the course materials if you’d like.
  • You do not have to sit in on every class session and will not be joining groups.
  • No need to take exams or receive a letter grade.

EMBA Cohorts

EMBA gave me the tools and knowledge for my current job in finance. Quick, hands on - turbo charged to know exactly where my focus should be in my area. I am not a finance person but my program definitely gave me the tools to be able to execute my duties. I don't think I would have gotten that elsewhere in such a short time frame!

Lifelong relationships acquired in the program and a really good network among the EMBA alum, staff and professors. I have continued to tap into the network for support and knowledge always with positive results.
