Panelist Biographies

Ted Fogliani serves as CEO of Outsource Manufacturing, Inc. a leading manufacturing company he founded in 1997. Ted also co-founded ShipCalm, a 3PL firm focused on ecommerce logistics and a brand development company which identifies new companies, and assists getting to market. Ted holds a B.A. in Finance from Santa Clara University.

George T. Hadjis is the founder and CEO of Oggi’s Pizza and Brewing Co. Founded in 1991, George has led this business to successful growth into 17 Southern California and Arizona locations. George joined the faculty at SDSU in 2010 as an adjunct professor teaching franchise business management. George holds a B.A. in Finance from Pace University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Becky Kahn serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts at AMN Healthcare and joined AMN in 2002. She brings 30 years of progressive experience within the healthcare industry, specializing in staffing, client sales and account management Becky holds a B.S. in Management.
