Stedman Graham Offers Advice to SDSU Students
Best-selling author and educator, Stedman Graham, visited the SDSU campus to speak to students, faculty and staff about the concept of identity leadership on April 19, 2013.
Graham, who is widely known as the significant other of Oprah Winfrey, talked to the audience at SDSU about how knowing yourself and controlling your own identity enables self-empowerment. He discussed his personal path to becoming a leader and shared stories about how he transformed his own life from being negative and angry into redefining himself into a positive role model.
Each student received Graham's book, Identity: Your Passport to Success, and he spoke one-on-one to many of the attendees at the conclusion of the event.
