Bio

Tina Tan is the Career Advisor in the Fowler Career Management Center. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and career development professional passionate about coaching and educating others in identifying their strengths, exploring various career paths, and discovering their calling in the workplace. With 13+ years of experience working in higher education, she helps prepare students for the job market through career development education. Tina is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she earned a master's degree in counseling with a career specialization, and an alumna of San Diego State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology. She is a member of MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA), National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), and Mountain Pacific Association of Colleges and Employers (MPACE).
