Kathryn Turner-Arsenault has been an attorney for 28 years. A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, Kathryn has worked in insurance defense before, during, and since law school, mostly in construction defects. For seven years Kathryn worked exclusively defending a Fortune 500 developer. Kathryn is also experienced in enforcing other types of contracts, including machinery leaseholds, promissory notes, mortgages, and purchase agreements. She taught ethics at the University of San Diego and SDSU for several years. She has co-taught Foundations of Business in a Global Environment online with Professor Valerie Alexandra since 2017.
