Gayle Ceresino Belch is currently a lecturer in the marketing department in the Fowler College of Business. She has been in the California State University system for 20 years teaching at San Diego State University and California State University San Marcos. Her teaching experience includes strategic marketing management, principles of marketing, services marketing, marketing communication, and entrepreneurial marketing. Prior to teaching, she spent 15 years working for a medical device company which was a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company. During her tenure she held numerous marketing and management positions including marketing research manager, marketing information manager, and human resources manager. Additionally, she spent several years as the marketing manager for a start-up company focused on ambulatory drug delivery.
