Frank Caperino is a lecturer at SDSU’s Fowler College of Business where he teaches franchise management. As an entrepreneur, Caperino established and owned several businesses including eight Cold Stone Creamery franchises, and his course at SDSU teaches students how to purchase or start a franchise. At the end of the semester, students participate in a project where they put together a franchise disclosure document (FDD) for a new concept.
Caperino received a BSEE degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ and an MBA with financial emphasis from National University in San Diego.
